Room was quite small. Aircon didnt work so we had to open window but it was cool so that did the trick. We had big bags so it was hard to go to our room which required 4 steps up to reach it. But the room had a nice design and we were allowed an early check in!

Staff was excellent. Double room I had was on he street and could be noisy with a disco nearby. Room did not have closets or drawers for clothing, basically lived out of luggage. Location was convenient to the Ku'Damm shopping and restaurant area. Would stay again with a room facing the rear. Lobby bar was busy, no restaurant in hotel athough many available within short walking distance.

It was top notch all the way. The location was perfect - accessible to public transportation and long distance trains, incredible shopping and sightseeing. Hotel staff was very accommodating. The room size, styling and decor were tasteful and stylish. I will definitely stay there again.

Modern, clean, and very functional hotel in ideal location to reach from airport and to connect with Berlin transit system. Very comfortable rooms. Good choice of reasonable restaurants close by. Metro entrance almost next door. Strong complementary internet. Pleasant, helpful, efficient staff. Excellent value.

Quite a good location, fromTegel airport and also easy to move to the center of city.

I was pleasantly surprised - we had a room on the top floor which despite other reviews I read was much larger than people said. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel staff were super friendly. There was a mini-bar as well as many other amenities in the room. The hotel bar was reasonably priced and though we didn't eat at the hotel, there were many good eateries in the area. Centrally located in Ku'damm and only a quick U-bahn ride away from Mitte, this hotel offered easy connectivity while being situated away from the super touristy area. Lastly, the deal we got was amazing and if we ever return to Berlin, we will stay here again!

Perfect location, clean but small rooms (as in all Europe!); tasty and abundant breakfast. Great return for the value.

Perfect location next to Ku´damm, close to Hop on-Hop off busses and shoppingareas (and KaDeWe). Friendly staff who speaks ok english. Didn´t try the breakfast at the hotel, but right across the street there was a nice priced cafe. No allergy pillows available and poor ventilation. Hotel was close to the street with a nightclub on the other side. Sound-proof however was great, and we were not bothered by any sound from the club nor other guests.

The location of this hotel is good but the interior is not that of a four star hotel. Everything was clean though.

Incredibly easy to book [...] and find. Also surprisingly affordable compared to other options on the same night in Berlin. I booked online and was able to check in less than an hour later. Once there I was thankful for the clean room in an amazing location. The room was a little small but the style of it made up for it. I would compare to The Standard in LA or Ace Hotel in NYC. Great option in Berlin!
