Erreichbarkeit und insbesondere Signalisation schlecht. Auch mit Navi. Teures und doch recht weit abgelegenes Parking - resp. In Parking wie auch in Gebäudekomplex schlecht signalisiert.

l'emplacement de l'hôtel la navette.le pt déjeuner. le personnel parfois peu compétant devant une situation un peu ardue. Le chauffage un peu bruyant.

Chambre, salle de bains et équipement impeccables. Bouilloire avec thé et café dans la chambre serait un plus. Staff au check-in très gentil et serviable mais lent : 25 minutes d’attente alors qu’ils travaillaient à deux et il n’y avait que trois check-ins à effectuer avant le mien. Un monsieur au bar devait attendre la même durée pour recevoir une bière, car le staff du check-in devait en plus s’en occuper. Donner la possibilité d’effectuer le check-in entre 12 et 14h car de devoir attendre si longtemps le soir vers 20h après une longue journée de travail me décourage de revenir dans cet hôtel malgré ses points forts. Je reviendrai quand-même au moins une fois tout en espérant que ce point faible pourra être amélioré. Merci d’avance à toute l’équipe !
