We stayed one week. We really enjoyed the wiew from our balcony and warm jacuzzi. Room looked nice and renovated and daily cleaning worked well. But: breakfeast was bit poor. Only ”fresh” thing was ”creek salad”, warm dishes were cold, same bread and cuttles every day. Older chef on breakfeast was nice but every other staff member were behaving like they didnt want any quests. Tv didnt work and they couldnt fix it. We didnt got any clean dishes during the week, they didnt clean the sugary stain which brougt som ants to balcony even we asked for it. I think staff need to be trained for customer service, because we didnt felt like we are welcomed. Shower was bit bad too, took aleways long time to get warm water. Location was bit far from restaurants, but like i said wiew, room, and jacuzzi was nice. Pool was bit small, there wasnt now rush, because werent too hor yet, but for sure on warm days its not big enough (only for 4 persons at time)

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Pros: Die Aussicht und die entspannte Atmosphäre
Cons: Wir hätten es toll gefunden, wenn es wenigstens einen deutschen Sender im TV gehabt hätte
Wir waren mitte August 2017 für 1 Woche auf Santorini im Gizis Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr einfach gehalten, jedoch für den Preis super. Es ist sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Aussicht unbezahlbar. Es gibt nur Frühstück im Hotel, hat uns aber gar nicht gestört, da wir jeden Abend woanders gegessen haben. Wir haben für diese Woche ein Auto gemietet, da das Gizis Hotel eher etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum liegt. Mit dem Auto oder mit einem Quad (was man überall mieten kann) ist man schnell im Zentrum (ca. 5-10min.) Wir würden das Hotel auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen, wenn man eine einfache, lockere und sehr ruhige Unterkunft sucht.

wunderschöne Aussicht

Leider wurde kurz vor den Ferien unsere Junior Suite annuliert und wir erhielten dafür dieses Angebot: ein Standard Zimmer, es sei das selbe Zimmer mit der gleichen Aussicht, Katamaran Ausflug mit Barbecue, private Taxi Rundfahrt und Hoteltransfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Die Ausflüge waren super! Das Standard Zimmer im Vergleich zu den Junior Suiten eine Kammer ohne Privatspäre. Geärgert hat uns besonders, das die Suiten oft nicht belegt waren! Das Hotel wurde vorallem von Touristen besucht, die nur 1-2 Nächte blieben. Wir hatten aber eine ganze Woche gebucht!
