worth every dollar
Whilst on business and arriving late at night, the service was first class, the room service was quick, efficient with the salmon extremely tasty, the room was fantastic. Overall, worth every dollar and well recommended.

... gut und alles extra
Super gelegen, aber von einem fünf Sterne Hotel erwarte ich mehr. Das Frühstück für 24Euro ist sehr gut und teuer. Für 15Euro/Tag WIFI finde ich völlig überrissen und es erstaunt, zumal Flats in Deutschland schon ab 9Euro zu haben sind??? Die Bäder sind halt wie sie sind – sauber, bieder. Das ganze Interieur ist eher ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Wie gesagt, wir haben für den Preis mehr erwartet.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Wir haben ganz tolle 4 Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Zentrale Lage, zwei U-Bahn-Stationen daneben. Zwischen Hafen/Zentrum. Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück: frische, grosse Auswahl. Grosses Zimmer und schöne Sauna-Landschaft. Werden wieder kommen!

Super Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre
Super Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und excellentem Service. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber,grosszügig und ruhig. Für Ausflüge ist die nur 1 Minute entfernte Hochbahn oder auch die S-Bahn bestens geeignet. B bei einem weiteren Hamburg Besuch werden wir dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

we enjoyed the hotel enourmously,
we enjoyed the hotel enourmously, the quality was very good for a reasonable price. The food in the Calla restaurant was excellent and again very reasonably priced. We were surprised that the room did not get a thorough clean on the second day, with bins not emptied and some crockery not washed. but overall a very good experience and we will return.
