Malheureusement l'hôtel était en travaux... En général, j'ai été très satisfait ! Petit déjeuner au lit, télévision, centre commercial et piscine sous les pieds... Wifi payant

Le restaurant de l'hôtel étant en travaux, il s'est trouvé que nous étions dans une lodge, très sympa... Ensuite si vous descendez au niveau 2, il y a pleins de restaurants et de petits fast food...

Belle situation (dans centre commercial Desjardin) pas très loin de Sainte Catherine ou du vieux Montreal. Il était en rénovation lors de notre visite et malgré cela c'était bien. Par contre, déçus qu'internet ne soit pas inclus dans le prix !

Hip interior
Staff very polite and helpful, all were bilingual.Good location to access entertainment venues, Old Montreal and Museums. Access to underground mall directly from Hotel very convenient, great place to grab meals on the go or do some shopping. Interior design of public spaces very cool and hip. Bedrooms themselves were fine, bathrooms could have been a bit better lighted. Excellent breakfast buffet but pricey if not inc in room price. Nice bar. Perfect for groups, but still had many seating areas for couples. Overall, great property for our trip which was a family vacation.

Short drive from hotel
Rue St Denis- great food and shopping street. very hip and yet affordable. Grey Line bus tour gave good overview of sites. Ask for Angelo- great guide!

Montreal Hyatt
The hotel has an excellent location near place des artes metro station. Very clean and helpfull friendly staff. Restaurants and room service cease at 1130 so one downer if you've been out enjoying the city and return to the hotel with the munchies. You have to take a separate elevator to get to street level which is inconvenient, and the hotels 4 elevators need to be redone. All are old and at times you will experience long waits for an elevator and then stop on EVERY level to pick up more people until it is full. Besides that thought the Hyatt is a nice place to stay.

Decent Place, Good Location, Excellent Decor
I went to the hotel for NYE and found it well located, clean and had good amenities. The only drawback is the foyer lobby. It is not ideal for going up and down many times.

Perfect spot if you like art...
I love that this hotel is an elevator ride away from the metro and Place des Arts station - part of the "underground city". You can go to the ballet without putting your coat on and in winter that's fantastic.

The Place des Arts metro and mall is an elevator ride away from theater, music and dance, and having something to eat after the show at the new cafe/bar/lounge in the Hyatt lobby is terrific!

Very good hotel
This hotel is perfect. Well situated in Place des festivals just in front of Place des Arts and a few minutes from shopping.
