Petit dejeuner sympa fruits frais jus d orange extra , pas d expresso mais le cafe est acceptable , muffins baguels bref un super petit dejeuner possibilite de faire des gauffres !!!

j'ai sejourné 5 jours dans cet hotel fin juillet 2009, l'emplacement est tres bien dans le centre de south beach l hotel est bien tenu , la déco un peu vieillotte mais ca passe l accueil est correct mais sans plus

Excellent Hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location great for South Beach. Will definitely return to this Hotel.

I had a few problems with my room initially- they put me in a new room without hesitation. Valet parking was easy. Breakfast was sufficient to get the day going. On check out day, the roads were blocked for a marathon. A staff member went over and beyond in getting me to my car so that I could get to the airport in time for my flight home. The mark of a good hotel is not the problems they have, but instead how they respond to them. I would stay here again.

The location of the hotel was perfect - right in the middle of the beach action, but still very quiet for sleeping. The unit had been newly renovated and it had been done well and tastefully, making the most of the room size. Some areas of the hotel were still under renovation eg pool, but this did not impact on our stay at all. The staff were very helpful and valet pickup was quick. Given that it was the first weekend of Spring Break and the whole of the beach precinct was packed, we got very good value for the price paid. Would definitely go back.

Undergoing refit. Website offered free airport shuttle - $ 84 value. Not available - no refund !! Should not get away with it. Drinks etc. very expensive but the area is too.

The location couldn't be better. The staff is welcoming, attentive, polite, and friendly. The room was well-appointed and immaculate. Breakfast is served in a pleasant room with an outside patio option and water snacks and coffee are available all day. Parking is valet and off-site, but fairly reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location ..easy walk to shops, restaurants, clubs, the beach. Very friendly staff...average room but clean. I would stay there again.

Overall, we had a great experience. The location is great! It's 1 block away from the beach & only a block or 2 away from my favorite spots (Clevelander, Mangos, Wet Willies..etc). The hotel was clean & comfortable & the staff was friendly & helpful. The only complaints we had was that the rm we were in (rm 111) wasn't the best rm to be in. The pool area is right outside, so we could hear the other guest when they were out there & we couldn't open our curtains or we'd be seen. It was also right across from the employee lounge so we heard every time they went in & out. The was also a garbage pick up EARLY every morning & the trucks were loud! Other than that, I highly reccommend staying at this hotel!

the blue moon was a nice hotel. the room itself is small, but i can't complain the room was very clean. the staff was very nice and helpful, always greeting you. the only thing i did not like was the way my room was in another building, we had to walk outside (but it's a cover area) and through another door to get to our room. and the elevator is very tiny, but overall it was cool
