At best a four stars
Too expensive for what it is! Design concept combined with low quality furniture/materials getting tired very fast. Too dark. well located. The Madu restaurant is the only plus!

très bon hôtel
Excellent hôtel, calme et feutré, idéalement situé pour un voyage à but touristique comme le nôtre (vol + hôtel). La chambre plutôt petite mais d'un design moderne et très raffiné, en particulier un système d'éclairage étonnant et très doux. Buffet breakfast excellent, personnel impeccable. Nous recommendons.

Le restaurant Mona Lisa (5 salles différentes) pour son filet de reindeer (renne) au thym, excellent. La plus jolie ballade : descendre le long de la rivière Akerselva par le chemin, depuis Bentsebrugata jusqu'à Telthusbakken. Multiples petits ponts, anciennes usines superbes, les vieilles maisons en bois, chutes d'eau, et c.charmant

A 4 star rather than 5 star hotel.
A 4 star rather than 5 star hotel. Comfortable bed. Good location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The shower is small but the same as a usual size in a Japanese hotel room.

Overrated but the breakfast is good
Hotel is understaffed (grossly understaffed on Sunday--but this could be an Oslo problem); and in disrepair (probably related to the staffing). But the breakfast is good and at the price I paid can't complain too much...

maintenance issues
Really trendy design nice staff. But serious maintence issues with regard to leaking ceilings and broken mirrors. should be fixed in the next month or so.

Keep the lights low and it looks good...
internet didnt work 80% of the time, no towel holders after using towel, paint on wall really done fast and makeshift... door was broken into and had a taped piece of paper over breakage.. that looked really ghetto and embarrassed me... the hotel is understaffed, front desk understaffed. the front desk phone the girl has to hold the coard in the phone otherwise the connection is lost... really really makeshift. if you need internet, dont stay here.. i had to wait for 2 other people complaining about it first before i could get help.. and then it still didnt work. not a nice way to spend a sat night.
