Une catastrophe. Nous avons payé pour deux nuits dans une chambre DE LUXE avec ptt dej, la chambre était toute petite, pas de linge de bain, pas de peignoir, pas de sèche cheveux qui fonctionne... et pas de ptt déj !!!! De plus, pour le check in et pour le check out des files d'attentes énormes, pas d'organisation... une véritable usine qui se fout du client...

I found the hotel to be perfectly placed for a visit to London the reception desk were most attentive and welcoming, The room was comfortable for my needs, and all questions were answered promptly, all staff appeared well trained and very customer friendly

Elegant and Friendly
We only spent two nights at the Cumberland, but I could have easily stayed longer. The hotel is immaculate, and the staff is knowledgeable and very service oriented.

STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL
OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD EXCEPT THERE WAS NOT A WAS CLOTH LEFT TILL THE LAST DAY (A 9 DAY STAY) AND THE MEALS AT THE HOTEL ARE WAY TO EXPENSIVE. GREAT FOOD IN THE GENERAL ARE AT A DECENT PRICE THOUGH. THE STAFF WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO GIVE DIRECTIONS TO THESE LOCATIONS

Wonderfull Anniversary Trip
Love the room, good size for us. Perfect location, near the tube station, stores, great restaurants; with a fantastic view of the Marble Arch and walking distance from High Park. Room was clean and the staff friendly; the only thing we dislike was that there was a foul smell in the elevators and corridors of the second floor. Additionally, they offered us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary and it never arrived.

Wir verbrachten drei Nächte im Cumberland vom 07.04.12-10.04.2012.es war alles perfekt.Lage ausgzeichnet direkt an der Oxfordstreet ,gegenüber des Hydparks.Personal überaus freundlich vorallem eine holländische Dame an der Reception.Preis Leistung es hat alles gepasst.Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort.Ursula und Martina

Room was OK, hallway smelled disgusting
They must have had a sewer break somewhere during our stay because the hallway by the elevator on EACH floor smelled horribly! The rooms were OK and the lobby was great, but getting to the room was a sprint.... If they fix that issue, it should be a good 3* hotel, but not much more.

Great for short getaway
The first room assigned for us was not that great, the staff later moved us to a much better room looking over the Marble Arch. it was great location and very helpfull staff.

Very pleased
Experience was very good. Good location, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. We especially appreciated the free movies and cable Internet. Only complaint: wifi access was way too expensive.
