Great value for the money
Spent six nights here for a very good rate while my friends were literally paying almost three times as much per night at the Marina Bay Sands. Everything was very efficient, except for an Internet breakdown one night (which the staff seemed to feel very badly about -- I guess it can happen anywhere). The location is very central, there are almost always available cabs out front, and the room was kept very clean. For the money, the best value in Singapore.

the room is very clean and comfortable. just that the wardrobe door is spoilt and made a lot of noise when we open or close it. we also have problem with the basin tap that we had to use the shower tap to wash our faces. But because we only had one stay, we didnt bother much. The colemen's restuarant is overpriced, there isnt much varieties, in fact, little varieties and the food wasnt very nice. Laska was good though. And because my friend did not bring a jean, we were forbid to go up to the rooftop restuarant, which is very dsappointing. The location is very convenient, with supermarket store just beside the hotel. overall, i had a nice stay in the hotel, its price is reasonable and the location is good as well.

フロントに居ます女性の態度が高圧的で、聞き取りにくいシンガポール訛りの非常が解りづらく、非常に早口の言葉でまくし立て、連泊の予定を事前に入れていたのですが、1泊づつフロントに来るように言われ、チェックイン後コンシェルジュにその旨の対応をクレーム付けましたら、平謝りでミスを認めて対応してくれました。Peninsulaではなく Excelsior 側の部屋でしたが、それなりに整っておりました。しかし、夜9時ごろ部屋でお酒を飲んでいましたら、いきなりルームサービスが何の前触れも無くマスターキーで入室してきました。ビックリし理由を問いただしましたら、勘違いの一点張りでした。セキュリティーに不安を感じましたし、高圧的なフロントの対応も加味して、二度とこのホテルは今後使わないと思います。

Excellent location, near City
Excellent location, near City Hall MRT. However breakfast needs a lot of improvement compared to the price that they charge. Unfortunately, we had breakfast together with a big tour group that caused service to deteriorate. Its better to have breakfast at the nearby mall.

就如很多人所提到的他的確是個位楚瑜交通地段方便的好地方 旁邊也有商場跟美食街 滿足你所會有的所有需求 city hall捷運站算是所有捷運的轉運站 所以當你住再這個地方要往哪一條支線去都很方便 不用再大費周章的轉走 浪費很多時間 我住的防形式primier的房型 飯店給了我一間高樓層 而且還河的景觀房 從窗外看出濱海行政區的美麗風景一覽無遺 真的事很不錯 但是要住在city hall這個地段 的確需要很雄厚的財力背景 真的不便宜 但是我覺得這些都很值得 如果你把它當作是一個假期的話 的確可以好好的犒賞放鬆自己一番 只有一點作難接受的事 那就是他們竟然沒有提共無線網路的服務 所以一切都是騙人的 房內有提供有線上網的服務 但是也是要收費的 如果你想要擁有無線網路的服務 就來要另外再付費 真是太不合理
