Nice Hotel in General
The Shower Head were not working properly! But, the Hotel Stuff were nice enough to upgrade me to the bigger room.

The staff members are very nice.
The staff members are very nice. It takes a 10-min walk from hotel to BTS. But it is suggested to take the hotel TUK TUK (7 a.m. - 8 p.m. in service).

酒店非常新, 但泳池不能用, 只可用隔鄰服務式住宅的泳池,
酒店非常新, 但泳池不能用, 只可用隔鄰服務式住宅的泳池, 感覺不方便, DVD player 亦沒有提供, 在酒店坐的士到機場是要議價, 這點在網上已有很多人提出, 原來是真的 ! 除了以上缺點, 酒店還是舒適的 !

Great value!
Excellent value. Huge room with huge bathroom separated by see through glass. Room is at least 4.5 stars. Staff was very prompt when we requested for a crib and ice. Downside is that you have to request ice since there's no ice machine. Hotel comes with two complimentary water bottles which is a godsend in the blistering heat. Pool is a little small. It's a ten minute walk to the BTS but you can request a free shuttle to ploenchit, Taxi is dirt cheap so that's the recommended method of transportation since the hotel is in the central zone but a little off the main streets. The free wifi is a little slow so thats anoying. At the current 50% off deal it's a steal for a really good high end upscale hotel.
