London House Hotel

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer und Bad sehr klein, aber sauber!

Das Hotel ist gut mit der Subway zu erreichen. Zimmer sind karg eingerichtet. Es gibt noch Renovierungen in den Zimmern, was bedeutet, daß man um 8:00 mit lautem Baugeräusch geweckt wird, wenn man nicht eh schon durch das laute Zuschlagen der Zimmertüren (lassen sich nicht leise schließen!!) von anderen Hotelgästen aus dem Bett gefallen ist. Das Personal ignoriert einen mehr oder weniger. Frühstück ist eintönig (Käse oder Marmelade, schlechter Kaffe) findet im Untergeschoß auf Möbel, wie in einer Schulkantine statt! Preis ist zu hoch für das was es bietet! Würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr wählen!!

Our room was rather small (bigger available with higher cost), but it was clean, and it had everything we needed and nothing extra. Location by a park and a view there were indeed very nice. There were shops and restaurants nearby and a metro station, so it was easy to get around. The staff was very friendly, everything worked fine. Breakfast was available for a resonable sum. It was quite basic, but again it had everything I wish to have in the morning, nothing extra. I would happily go to the same hotel again.

Erittäin siistit, uudennäköiset ja Lontoon hotelliksi tilavat huoneet. Loistava sijainti kivenheiton päässä metroasemasta. Suuri ostoskeskus ja lukuisia ravintoloita kulman takana.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are small, but cozy. Very clean. You can't beat the location! Lots of shops and restaurants.

The bathroom and beds were incredibly small. My husband and I are not big people, but the bathroom was too small for any comfort. Beds were saggy and small.

After any number of trips to Europe in general and London specifically, I have to say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. We arrived on May31, 2012 and stayed until June 4, 2012. First, when checking in I was told I owed them the credit card fee of 3% charged by my credit card company. When I complained they said it was in the fine print in my reservation. Upon going to my room I found I had no air conditioning. They sent someone to fix it but was unsuccessful. I was told they were getting an outside company and it would be fixed shortly. Bottom line is that the enitre third floor had no air for the four days I was there. They did offer to move me to another room after two days but we declined. Also, they told me I was the only one complaining but while riding up on the elevator, I found this was a blatant lie. Also, I have never styed in a room that had no hand towel, no face towels and no kleenex in the bathroom. The hotel was not that clean and "continental Breakfast" was inedible.

This hotel is in a great location! Close to two undergrounds. The small doubles are small rooms but comfortable for a 3/4 day visit as you will spend most of your time out and about sight seeing. If I was going back to London I would stay here again definitely!

We checked in late and got the ground floor room. It was quite loud as the stairs to go for breakfast, main entrance and the luggage room was just outside! We were very tired and slept soundly, but some people may have a problem. Otherwise everything was fine, handy location and clean - very small though. I would stay again.

We stayed for 1 night to after returning from holiday. The location was great as it was close to Paddington and there were many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly enough. The hotel room was exactly what I had booked (garden view) and was as pictured on the internet. TV, toiletries and tea/coffee in room. Very comfortable and in a quiet area. Breakfast was continental for an extra £6pp, but we went out to a cafe in the area as there were many choices. Would return again.
