Une chambre au 4ème étage sans ascenceur Des prises de courant atypiques (détail qui n'est noté nulle part dans les manuels touristiques) et pas d'adaptateur à disposition Wi-fi annoncée dans les chambres, mais payante! Petit-déjeuner très banal Mais une situation à proximité de la gare, du vaporetto et dans un quartier calme malgré tout...appréciable.

Première nuit dans une sorte de chambre de bonne franchement lamentable et deuxième nuit chambre convenable mais télé 3 chaines et chauffage pas top !

accueil bon, le personnel essaie de parler Français, chambre correcte ménage fait tous les jours, serviettes changées tous les jours bé mol les sdb sur le palier

On arrival we were given a room on the 2nd floor. When we asked if it had its own bathroom we were told no it did not(despite requesting this at time of booking). After some discussion with the man at the front desk he informed us that we could change to a room with its own bathroom but at a cost. When we got to this room we were not happy, it was not as described on the website and there was some major renovations going on upstairs. We decided to turn down the room and returned to the front desk where we were told we would need to wait to see the manager in an hour. On our return an hour later the manager was super helpful, he told us there had been a mix up and that we should not have been given the first room. The room he then gave us on the ground level was very nice. The rest of our stay was very good.

Le plus - Hôtel bien placé près de la gare et de la piazza Roma (Bus). - Proche de tout - Proche de vente de repas (rapide ou resto) - Séjour début mars très beau temps. - Prix correct au mois de mars - Petit déjeuner correct (jus d'orange sanguine excellent). - Notre chambre N° 206 en bout de l'hôtel très calme, 3 salles de bain communes propres. - Grand lit, table, chaises, canapé, balcon et style vénitien. Le moins - Pas de lait chaud. - Un petit bémol, la télé, pas de télécommande et un seul programme en français (TV5 monde).

hotel tres bien situe à cote des vaporetto at à l' entree du grand canal confort acceptable on ne passe pas sa vie à l' hotel à venise sinon on va au gritti ou au danieli petit dejeuner tres basique personnel agreable climatisation a revoir à cette periode de l annee pas de bruit dans les rues exterieures privilieger les chambres avec douches et wc dabns la chambre

Plus: A nice friendly, well located hotel. Large clean well heated room. Negative: No lift, I was given a room on the 4 floor...75 steps four times a day...breakfast and dayout. Restricted space on the toilet. Small telly. No free internet (have to pay)...Slow upload speed. Overall: I would go there again.

very convenient location 20 min walk from center. Would recommend.

The hotel was fine, the breakfast although sparse was tasty and the location ideal. Only issues were that we had two power cuts within the space of two days and they were both on our floor alone each time it took a great deal of time to resolve....also, on a stranger note, the room had a menu in it with a drinks list however when I tried to order they told me I could not and that they did not serve drinks etc..... Perhaps a language barrier but I did try a few times and even showed the staff the list, this led to further confusion. Luckily, for the "agli outofelectriciti" it Is in a prime location and we loved Venice I would perhaps choose a different hotel next time though.

The hotel location is very convenient for everything, very close to the train station, water taxi or bus or walk way. The hotel has very reasonable service for the value of money paid, has all the basic facility and service. Breakfast is not fascinating or it is very minimum and the staff at front desk are nice but not at the dinning place.
