Newly remodeled
We got one of the remodeled ocean view room. It was really nice. The best hotel room I've ever stayed in. You can see the ocean from inside the shower! The staff was really friendly. The food was amazing, but a little on the expensive side though. Wished this hotel was all-inclusive.

Take the bus to the flee Market. Just about a 5-minute ride. The bus will cost you about 75cents US or 9 pesos. Taxis will cost you about $7US or 84 pesos

Great Hotel
The hotel is really nice, looks like it was just remodeled. The staff is nice and the location is good. The only thing that I didn't like is that the pool is kind of small and they don't have hot tubs. In general a great hotel

We joined several group tours to Tulum and Xel-Ha, Chichen Itza. X'Caret and Isla Mujeres. We enjoyed everything while we were there, despite the weather was uncooperative at times.

Rest and Relaxation
This is the second time we've been to Cancun as a couple, and the second time we've stayed at the Intercontinental Presidente. Our first visit was so great, we had no reason to go anywhere else. Price, beachfront, food, service . . . all were exceptional. Our goal this vacation (as it was last time) was to relax and have some peace and quiet. This hotel more than meets our needs. I can't imagine a better beachfront. The service, from [...] on the beach to the two [...] in the restaurants, was outstanding.

Short drive from hotel
Take the ferry from Puerto Juarez to Isla Mujeres, and rent a golf car to drive yourself around the island. You'll want to take a taxi from your hotel to Puerto Juarez (to avoid bus transfers) and back. The drive around Isla Mujeres is very easy as it is a circle. Lunch in the town is great if you take a short walk a couple of blocks from Main Street, and then pick a restaurant. While driving around in the golf car make sure you stop for a drink at a bed and breakfast on the north side of the island. It's easy to recognize by the sign out front which truthfully states they have "Beer so cold it'll make your teeth hurt". Sit on a swing at the bar, enjoy your beverage, and they'll bring you a moist towel from the freezer to cool off on a hot day. Excellent!

Great Hotel - Very good value for money
This is a great hotel located in the best beach in Can Cun. The outdoor area is great and relaxing, with family swimming pool, restaurants, bars, nice music, it cannot get any better. If you are not looking for luxury, and you want to relax and enjoy the beach, good food, inexpensive drinks and the breath taking views, this is the place to go. Room service is timely and inexpensive. The shopping mall area and restaurants are a block away. My stay could not have been better!

This is one of the most beautiful snorkelling spots you will find. Just rent a small boat and spend one hour with private guide (equipment is included). It is less expensive and more enjoyable than the big catamarans.

do not book any activities thru hotel very expensive- take a walk and book it thru a reputable facility much cheaper!! dont be afraid to take the bus- ask the driver to let you know when you arrive at your destination-ask the locals or hotel staff for directions on how to get to shopping centers-restaurants etc...

The hotel was great! Doesn't look so good from the street but inside just got renovated and it's AMAZING!!! Right on the beach, not too far from the night life, there is a grocery store across the street if you need anything and bus stops are right there too. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we had everything changed and cleaned every day! They DO NOT offer FREE breakfast, the buffet was good but then we had to pay $25 per person... not worth it... other than that the sandwiches and pizzas were $10-15 and were pretty good... Over all a GREAT experience! We will be back next year! I would recommend it to everyone!
