sejour tres agreable dans un hotel propre, chaud, bien placé, avec un personnel a l'ecoute. Seul bemol, eviter le 4e etage, ou se situe le restaurant et donc quelques bruit en matinée.

Très bien, cependant,il m'avait semblé, lors de la commande que le petit déjeuner était inclus dans la prestation que nous avions acheté. Arrivés sur place, nous avons dû constater qu'il n'en était rien et qu'il a fallu payer nos petits déjeuner. Nous vous serions reconnaissants de nous apporter des précisions et éventuellement corriger ce désagrément .

on rentre d'un séjour de 6 jours, l'hôtel est bien situé, mais il y a des travaux dans le batiment d'à côté de 9h à 19h un bruit assourdissant de perceuse 7jours sur 7, malgré le changement de chambre, le bruit était génant. j'ai été trés décue par le personnel, suite à une erreur de réservation, l'hôtel n 'a rien voulu savoir et le personnel s'est montré désagréable.

Very nice staff, good location, good price! Free sauna and shopping in Aksaray is just 2 minutes walk!

The hotel staff was extremely helpful, however getting anywhere by taxi in this neighborhood is impossible since the traffic is atrocious. Stick with the tram or just simply walk. The location was quite good, though, very easy to discover the Old City.

The hotel was really good, with an excellent location. Its minutes from the Grand Bazaar and a nice stroll to the Blue Mosque and Aaya Sofia. The tram stop is just outside the hotel too, which is really handy for getting around. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great and the view from the hotel restaurant was great. I would definatley recommend this hotel and would stay there myself again!

There are so many hotels in Istanbul to choose from but I wanted something which was in the heart of activity and close to the tram. I walked about the areas in Istanbul and many hotels are on very steep cobblestone streets. Barcelo Satay is perfect if you are seeing the main sites. Restaurants are abundant and easily driven to via a cab. The room was very clean, modern and tastefully appointed. The front desk staff is attentive and friendly, the Haman a nice respite and many International guests were returning for their vacation visit. Definitely a good experience and a 4 star hotel with reasonable rates.

It was a good hotel because o fits excellent location. The rooms were clean and the service good. Great value for money.

They let us check in early because we had our newborn daughter.Our first room had heat problems and after contacting the front desk they were very nice and switched us to a new room.They were very friendly and helpful...would stay there again.

excellent position just across the street from the Grand Bazaar. Very friendly helpful staff and a wonderful hamam. Very good breakfast too. The only drawback is the fact that the windows opening on to the inner courtyard means there is no outside view and it was a bit noisy if you left the window open. Fine if you leave the window closed and have the air conditioning on. I would definitely recommend Barcelo Saray.
