Unfreundliches Personal. Versüffter Teppich und Stuhlpolster in dem Zimmer. Badezimmer war OK. Laute Straßengeräusche. Schlechtes Frühstück. Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Man hat sich einfach nicht Wohl gefühlt. Sind von Best Western Hotels anderes gewohnt.

Great location!
Enjoyed our stay at the Best Western great location for exploring the city. Staff had great reccomendations for restaurants. Friendly staff. Shower was a little difficult to maneuver and wifi only in lobby.

Nous avons été touchés par une attention délicate portée à notre séjour amoureux. Hôtel bien situé, dans une rue assez calme, à proximité des transports en commun; au pied des " Champs Élysées" de Prague,10 minutes à pied de la vielle ville. Personnel agréable. Une variété de choix de petit déjeuner. A recommander.

Yksi parhaimmista hotelleista
Hotelli oli erittäin hyvä. Aamiainen mahtava ja runsas. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Tilat siistit ja ainakin meidän huoneemme todella puhdas. WC-tilat olivat uusitut.

Bra medelklass
Bra hotell som ligger utmärkt till. Jag har rest mycket men tyvärr var frukosten den värsta jag någonsin haft. Enstaka varianter på den enklaste och osmakligaste man kan hitta. Varken jag eller sällskapet tyckte om den. Det är bättre att gå till ett café för att äta sig mätt och belåten. Dock rekomenderar jag ändå hotellet pga det bra läget och priset. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Rummen var helt okej.

not as advertised
they claim to have an airport shuttle - what that means is they will call a taxi for you the air conditioning didn't work they said they had english speaking newspapers complimentary - not true the bar/club that they have was supposed to be open until three - it was closed they charged me twice for the mini bar, I paid cash when I checked out and then they charged my credit card internet is free - but terrible, much better at other hotels in Prague

Tres bon sejour dans cet hotel. La ville est tres belle et peu se visiter à pied avec un peu de courage.

Good Night Away
Hotel was very clean. Staff very helpful, and spoke good english. Room had all the amenities that you would expect and bed was comfortable. Was located a few minutes walk from the shops and easy access of the underground (less than 5 mins walk). Also had a number of pubs nearby. Only three minor dislikes: 1. Our friend's door handle broke. Just one of those things... but they were woken up by the maintenance man at 9am the following morning! 2. Breakfast finishes sharply at 11am. If you don't like the staff all tidying up around you, make sure you start breakfast nice and early. 3. We went into the night club for a pre-dinner cocktail. Nearly all the seating areas were reserved. When we returned to the hotel after out meal out - several hours later - some of the seating area was still reserved. All a bit silly. And it was very smokey... (which is fine if you smoke, not quite so pleasant if you do not). Overall - I would recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

The pub - NA BLBYM MISTE - on the corner of Stepanska and V Jame (out of the hotel, turn left, first junction on the left hand side) did some excellent food. Try the Goulash. Perfect for lunch.
