Hyatt Miami at the Blue

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. Customer service was excellent, the room and facilities are top class. I will be back here very soon.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and was pleasantly surprised. The room/apartment was classy and provided everything you need and more....the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Initially, I was a bit concerned about the location, as it is not close to beaches and a car is definitely needed. I had a business/leisure combination trip and ended up enjoying the location away from the tourist areas and the busy city . The property and staff had so much to offer that I really did not want to leave. Congratulations to the Management Team! This property is truly well run and ideal for families, couples or business alike.

The staff was so nice and welcoming. Always helpful and courteous. I plan on staying there the next time I go to Miami.

We had a 3-bedroom villa and it was beyond our expectation! Couldn't have been more comfortable, clean, quiet, it had all the amenities one can wish for in a hotel. The interior was very modern, the kitchen was equipped with really high end appliances, we had 3 balconies with furniture, and the bathrooms (4!) were to die for, the master bathroom even had a tv in there. The personnel was very kind, checking in and out was a breeze. Yes, it's not in downtown Miami for sure but the quality of the hotel makes up for the little distance. Overall: AMAZING place!!!

This hotel was beautiful, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Mainly we visit Miami Beach, and visit the Keys. Something that the hotel should work on is asking the guest what equipment they need for the kitchen, while staying in this place hotel. I found myself calling too much to the front desk asking for, i.e. a knife, etc. The Internet did not work in the room. We were renting two rooms and in none of them the Internet was working. The exercise room is tiny. Also, the hotel had a mosquitoes infestation. Overall, the facilities were good. They just need to work better at satisfying guest needs.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I was traveling alone, so I wanted somewhere safe and peaceful. The hotel is a little far out and more mature than its South Beach counterparts, but was well-worth my piece of mind. I recommend if you are over 25 getting a rental car to save money on taxis - Unfortunately I am 23 and their was no airport shuttle:(. The staff was very friendly, respectable, and dependable. They were very knowledgeable about the area, and were able to answer all of my questions. My room was upgraded upon arrival, and the suite was gorgeous and spacious. Everything was clean and upgraded, including the appliances in the large kitchen. The rain shower, jetted tub, and flat screened TV in the master bed room were awesome. The in-hotel restaurant Chop House 5300 has great food! Try the Brisket Bites! I would have liked to try some of their spa treatments in Spa Azul, but they were a little pricey. There's no doubt I will definitely recommend to friends:)

i had a wonderful time at the Hyatt. Customer service was superb, food was very decent, and the rooms were great. The rooms looked just like the picture except for the fact that they gave me a king bed instead of a double but everything else was so great i didn't mind sleeping like a "king".

I was in Miami for the Memorial Day. Inspite of the crazy scene, the hotel staff remained calm polite and very professional. The location was perfect for me since I was not very familiar with the Miami area.

Hotel is clean, very attentive to our needs, polite employees, great for family & business.... Nice rooms, a little pricey but you get what you pay for.... We'd definately stay again... :)
