für amerikanische verhältnisse recht gut. die tiefgarage ist nicht nur sehr teuer sie ist zudem auch recht renovationsbedürftig. eine echte katastrophe. eingangsbereich wunderschön, personal echt sehr freundlich und kompetent. zimmer sind recht verbraucht. der teppich ist zum k.... der rest war ok. aussicht ist der wahnsinn.

Traumhaft!!!
Das Hotel hatte mit abstand das bequemste Bett in dem ich je lag! Die Lage ist einfach ausgezeichnet. Da Taxis günstig sind empfiehlt es sich immer eins zu nehmen. Ausser wer Downtown will. Da gibt es gratis Züge. Aber vorsicht die sind recht kompliziert. Am abend kann Mann/Frau sich an der Poolbar ein Bierchen gönnen oder eine gute abkühlung in dem kleinen aber feinen Pool.

Great place to stay!
Went on vacation with a group of my girl friends and enjoyed staying here. The rooms were clean, staff was great. Our first night we needed extra room for an additional friend and the front desk was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, friendly and Chic
The staff was amazing and efficient. No problems during our stay. Only reason for a four was the very small bathroom (door barely clears toilet and two people cannot fit in the bathroom at once to get ready) as well as the rate for parking, $26/day to park is steep (yet not as bad as some other places around town). Overall great experience and would stay here again.

Short drive from hotel
Go to South Beach which is literally 5 minutes away from the hotel. Stay away from downtown Miami, especially if you want a tourist-y experience. South beach is great shopping and restaurants for a MUCH better price. But beware of the almost impossibility of parking.

Great view of Miami!
Good location with a great view of the bay. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel room even had a balcony which was a nice plus. Good pressure in the shower.

Very nice hotel
Really nice hotel with great views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach. Wonderful terrace and pool area with neat private nooks for outside lounging. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Spent a week in Miami and explored Botanical Gardens, Everglades and great shopping areas.

Try the Latin Cafe on Biscayne about three blocks north of the hotel for an inexpensive breakfast with great Cuban coffee.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out!! The view from the bay room is breathtaking!! The pool side is very cozy and I loved the large chess board!!!!

Nice hotel, great view. Loved the balcony off our room. Very clean. The staff was extremely pleasant. Wish i had a microwave in the room, but that would not stop me from staying there again. It was a short drive away from south beach. Nice hotel stay!
