Wyndham Orlando Resort

Great location. This hotel is very picturesque with great landscaping and ponds. We were on the side with the convention hall and found parking during the day to be an ordeal. We also had a problem with our sink that took 5 hrs to fix. Needless to say, it was a great place to visit but I won't be back.

The resort is very large and a relaxing place to unwind after the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Easy to get to from the airport. Would defiantly stay again

The hotel is in a prime location--directly on Idrive next to tons of restaurants, shopping and I-4. The pools on property were in great shape and all of the kids seemed to have a great time. The only negative part? We had a gigantic bug that was out of our reach and we called the front desk twice and they said they would send someone. We went to dinner, came back, and still nothing. We ended up calling the front desk 5 times and finally got someone in there five hours later. Otherwise, good stay. It rained which brought in the large bugs and there's nothing to be done about them.

First, the tv did not allow access to the menu for movies etc. I was there w/ my daughter for her college graduation and no car, so in room movies was something we wanted. The air conditioner was not working well. My parents were in the room next door and their room w/ a/c on low was cooler than mine w/ it on high. When called to the room, they simply rinsed out the filter which did not fix the problem. The room appeared unclean and I wish I had my own sheets and bed covers and there were multiple stains that made me question if it was clean. Since we had to get up very early Sat morning for the graduation ceremony, I put the breakfast order on the door at 10 pm when I went to bed. Never picked up, so no breakfast. When I called at the time it was supposed to be there, they could not get breakfast to me in time to make it to graduation. So, went to 5 hr ceremony w/ no food for me or my daughter, but my parents (right next door) got their food. How could they not get my order hanging on the door? I have stayed at many Wyndhams in the past and am a member of their rewards program and this was by far the worst room ever. I would never stay here again.

im as a customer belive this location need a little more frendly approach to the customer,,..for example :hi,good mornning,or good evenning mr.gonzalez ,?how have been your stay here?how we can help you today?any issue with you room today?stuff simple like this make people feel apprechiate as customer ...i work for customer service as well,and i try hard to make my customer feel like home,like they are part of my business ..thanks for listenning,and yes i will be back,

After reading the reviews I was very nervous, but once I arrived at the hotel beautiful property. I had to look at two rooms before being happy with the third room. Yes it was great property, clean but some rooms need special attention and great staff! I would do it again.

There are additional fees you should be aware of before picking this place. There is a $6.00 per day resort charge which they say covers free ride to Sea World. There is a $10.00 per day for WiFi use in the room. Well it is really not WiFi but old fashion DSL hard wired into the phone. Be sure to bring a CAT V cable. There is also a $15.00 per day charge for a small refrigerator. A bit worn out but maintained average.

The two best things about this hotel are its location and its grounds. (beautiful landscape) We had a great time, 3 pools. The room was clean, the pools were really nice. There was no fridge in our room so we had to use ice to keep our drinks cold. The only real dissapointment was the tiki bar at the pool. I ordered a frozen drink in a 12oz cup and it was $10 with VERY little alcohol. The bartender was rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there. Other than that.. its about an average hotel. Not bad. They do charge a $50 non refundable rate for pets which I thought was rediculous but I choked it up and paid it. We payed about $95 a night.. I dont think I would pay much more than that to stay here.

I stayed at this hotel to attend the cheerleading worlds competition. Very close to everything. Nice pool area. Wish it would have had a microwave and refrigerator. Overall, nice place. Will likely stay again next year.

if your looking to use their business services i.e computer .. DONT. they really over charge for the simple things but other than that great location.; enjoyed my stay i would def return.
