Harrah's Las Vegas

Nettes Personal, schöne Hotelausstattung und tolle Lage am Strip. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Casino ist groß und es sind viele kleine Lädchen vorhanden. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel!

Great price; right in the middle of things on the strip

Everything about the hotel is average. Nothing really stands out from the staff, to the rooms, to the decor, it's all average. The best thing about the hotel is the location. Easy walking distance to other hotels and shopping.

We received an upgrade for one night to one of the top suites. It was very nice. We were told to checkout of that room by 11am and into our real room. 11am comes around room not ready, 12 not ready, 1 not ready, 2 not ready, so at 230pm we get a call saying we need our stuff out of the old room into the new room asap. What a ridiculous waste of time. if the room would have been ready at 11am as promised i wouldnt have had to walk a mile back down the strip from what i was doing to move my luggage from one room to another. Then we were placed in one of the outdated rooms and not one that had received the makeover. Customer service was terrible at that hotel and I would recommend staying someplace else on the srtip.

everything was great except for the new system they have with the room thermostat, maybe great for there power bill but it is not confortable when the room is hot when your out of the room and at night when the motion sensor does not pick up movement it gets hot , otherwise a good experience. Staff was very friendly.

Getting to this hotel is a pain if your driving, the entrance is behind the building. Checking in wasw a breeze, elevator very assisable from the front desk. The room was quite small, the housekeeper left her Duster on one of the beds, Table in a very uncomfortable place in the room, safe is to narrow, and not deep enough. The second day the duster was gone, however some dirty laundry was left behind. The management at the buffett left alot to be desired, The server at the buffett was terrible. When I checked out I forgot my wife's make up bag and a perfume. I called back and was told that I had to make a report with security and lost and found, due to the fact that the housekeeper never turned anything in. This is very disturbing giving the reputation thaty this resort claims to have.

Perfect location and average hotel room. Nothing wrong or fancy just what you would expect from an older hotel on the Vegas Strip. If you're looking for a budget stay then Harrah's is the place.

Enjoyed my stay. It was my first experience at Harrah's, Las Vegas. Generally, things were good. Only problem was that the 'Business Center' was closed over the weekend. I needed Internet access, but the Business Center was not open. Not a good policy relative to weekend guests.

We had a great time at Harrah's .......hotel was convenient and well taken care of.....hope to go back for our 40th next year.

Harrah's Las Vegas was just a great place to stay. The room was excellent, the Casino is located within easy walking distance from most all of the best attractions. Their Rewards program is good in several casinos and you get a book of coupons with your membership which gets you discounts and 2for1 specials on food and shows. We went through almost all of the casinos on the strip and although Harrah's is not one of the high end casinos, it is one of the best and busiest casinos on the strip. I wouldn't hesitate to book here on my next trip to Vegas. My only negatives with Harrah's are that they don't have free Wi Fi. The rooms are wired for internet and there is a daily charge for it, also the breakfast buffet was quite pricey. Food is no longer a bargain in Las Vegas. It's gone from cheap to expensive, and I'm not just talking about Harrah's, I'm talking about everywhere, so allow extra money for food. Vegas is a great place to vacation even if you don't gamble. There are several great shows and sights to see, and touring through the casinos is fantastic.
