Hotel Posada Del Mar

"Kurz vor der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt dass der Pool nicht verfügbar ist weil er gerade renoviert wird. Als Wiedergutmachung wurde uns ein Zimmer Upgrade, kostenlose Liegen mit Sonnenschirm am Strand und Late-Checkout angeboten. Soweit so gut. Am nächsten Tag war der Strand gesperrt wegen einer „Inspektion durch das Amt“, also keine Liegen mit Sonnenschirm am Strand. Wir haben uns dann für 450 Pesos an einem anderen Strandabschnitt zwei Liegen mit Sonnenschirm gemietet. Als Kompensationen gab es vom Hotel kostenlose Margaritas für uns… auch noch akzeptabel. Am dritten Tag wurde uns mitgeteilt dass dem Hotel jetzt verboten wurde Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand für die Gäste aufzustellen. Als ich nach Kompensation für die restlichen Tage fragte, teilte mir der Manager erst mit, dass er leider nichts für uns tun kann… wir könnten ja canceln… Ich bat ihn nochmal darüber nachzudenken und mit seiner Direktion zu besprechen in welcher Art dies kompensiert werden könnte. Wir bekamen dann einen Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein aufs Zimmer Geste und für den letzten Tag ein kostenloses Continentales Frühstück. Der Manager und das Personal waren stets sehr freundlich und bemüht (daher auch zwei Sterne), aber die ganze Situation war für uns mehr als unzufrieden. Die Direktion des Hotels nimmt billigend in Kauf, dass die Gäste verärgert sind (wir waren nicht die einzigen) und unterstützt das lokale Management in keinster Weise!!! Daher leider keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel!!!"
