"Normaler Abfallkübel hat gefehlt. Mülltrennung im Hotelzimmer wo wir alles mögliche hatten, für uns an der Stelle unpassend. Fehlender Lift. Englischkenntnisse waren ungenügend. Bei Fragen wurde mehr Französisch geantwortet. Fühlten uns unwohl."
