"Historisches Gebäude, großes Schlafzimmer, bequeme Betten und zufriedenstellendes Frühstück. Paradores sind nicht für ihre hochwertigen Abendessen bekannt, daher habe ich mir im gemütlichen Innenhof einen Teller Jamón Ibérico mit einem Glas Rotwein aus Ribera del Duero gegönnt. Wie viele Paradores liegen auch diese abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade und bestechen durch die Schönheit und Ruhe ihrer historischen Gebäude, während man mit dem Auto durch Spanien reist."
