"Schlechte Erfahrung mi dem Rezeptionspersonal. Die junge Dame bei der Rezeption. wollte von uns unbedingt 840 EUR Kaution für eine Nacht Aufenthalt haben und wollte statt der gebuchten Zimmer für fünf Personen zwei getrennten Zimmer für Doppelpreis zur Verfügung stellen. Erst nach Bedrohungen mit Eskalation wurde das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass ich dafür noch dankbar sein sollte. Ich kann es bis Heute nicht beurteilen, ob es ein Verarschungsversuch oder einfach ein Durcheinander in der Administration war. Eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht.
Sonst ist das Hotel ok, aber man muss hier natürlich besonders aufpassen.
