"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff at the reception were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it a great choice for both leisure and business trips.
A few points for improvement:
• The pillows could be more comfortable.
• The jacuzzi is often out of order or closed for maintenance, which can be disappointing.
• The sauna closes too early during the day and reopens only in the evening — it would be great if it stayed open for guests who wish to use it after 10 AM during weekdays.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back"
