Molto poco professionale
"Abbiamo prenotato l’hotel perché si trovava lungo il nostro tragitto verso sud e aveva una piscina, perfetta per una pausa con i bambini. Al momento della prenotazione (1 settimana e mezzo prima) avevamo chiaramente indicato che saremmo arrivati con un cane. Solo il giorno stesso dell’arrivo ci è stato comunicato che i cani non sono ammessi.
Capisco le regole, ma comunicarlo all’ultimo momento è inaccettabile. Non solo ci siamo trovati senza alloggio, ma la prenotazione non era più cancellabile e ci è stato comunque addebitato tutto. Molto poco professionale e per nulla orientato al cliente."
