The are was a little in the rough side decided to stay at the Hotel for dinner as I did not want to walk around the area with my family, if it was just my self I’d be fine but definitely not with the family. The staff were lovely and did address our concerns with the rooms cleanliness. I have no complaints about the staff, however the room was not in great shape when we arrived and I had to talk to them about the state of our room which included a blood stain on our daughters mattress, chips and garbage underneath the pull out couch our daughter slept on, more garbage beside our bed on the floor and lastly dirty underwear in the corner behind the bathtub. They did apologize and were quick to help out with rectifying the issues which is why I say the staff were great!!

Excellent spot!

We loved our stay. The hotel was beautiful, room was huge, especially for a European hotel. Only glitch was that we arrived very early in the morning and they were not able to check in until regular check in time at 3:00 pm. I’m not sure that anything could have been done about that though.

The rooms are immaculate, service is excellent and the location is perfect. The staff from check in to check out did everything they could to make sure my stay was to my liking. The food in the restaurant was top quality.

Fantastic!

Fantastic overnight stay with a friend; room was spacious, clean, lovely decor with two full size double beds. Staff were flirty friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel entrance and reception area looks amazing! Excellent stay, will definitely be back!

It’s getting pricey

I was disappointed that the hotel room wasn’t cleaned during my stay, you have to tell them if you want it cleaning….. really? I expect a lot more for £120 a night £12-parking and £14 for a buffet breakfast!
