Lovely house. Pool was far too cold to go in both nights we were there. Jacuzzi was working first night which was good but wasn’t available 2nd night. Limited hot water in the house which wasn’t enough for 2 people to bath without waiting 20 minutes to reheat

Unfortunately we stayed on an evening that Kenmore were experiencing some gas problems, the facilities were all shut from the swimming pool to the restraunt.The village had limited options so we really didn’t have any other choice but to travel further to get provisions in.
We understand things do happen unexpectedly on occasion but The disappointment was for the kids as we had called the evening before(it was a late booking)and were told all facilities were open and working well.No compensation or goodwill gesture offered for the disappointment which seemed unreasonable for the price we paid to use the on-site facilities.

Really beautiful, well kept site but we felt the appartment was a little tired. We had 2 bathrooms, one with the toilet flush unattached. We were hoping to spend lots of time in the pool but it was far too cold for our children. The reception staff were friendly but it felt like the system they were using was out of date as everything (check in, check out, swimming booking) was very slow! This didn't spoil our stay as the appartment was clean and the location was fabulous but our stay was expensive as we stayed during New Year and we expected better.
Excellent value for money, staff were friendly. Beautiful views!

The ensuite hadnt been cleaned and there were still crisps in various places in the lounge. Which we reported and the following day house keeping came out and cleaned shower tray only. Too many light switches and some did nothing. 2 heaters broke for entire stay even after reporting them. Great size place. Parking is not by accommodation but not too far away. Lovely have 2 balconys giving different views.big bedrooms. Plenty of space in lounge/dining/kitchen area. Ideal for a long weekend

A very beautiful area. I was nervous about coming to stay as there are a fair few bad reviews.
Although the beds were clean and comfortable the cleanliness is definitely lacking. We are far from clean freaks but there were obvious areas the cleaners were missing.
As we came into the front door (47)we noticed the area behind the door hadn’t been cleaned for a while as cobwebs and small spiders were there.
The windows in the bathroom were dirty and uncleaned. Blinds in the bedrooms also pretty dirty.
No plug in the main bathroom so the kids couldn’t have a bath in there.
The only decent shower was the twin room (the others were difficult to get working) en suite at the front, very dated washing facilities.
We booked into the swimming pool and you could tell the area around the pool had not been cleaned. I noticed a pair of dusty swim googles twice while I was there in the same spot.
Not sure if anyone has managed to work the electric showers in the swimming area but they didn’t work when we tried them, either boiling hot or freezing cold.
It did not spoil our stay at all but I could see it might be disappointing for others.
The area is so beautiful! an injection of funding into these cottages would make a huge difference. We found the staff helpful and the Courtyard pub did amazing food and had a lovely atmosphere. Our girls enjoyed the little shop next door.
Beautiful location overlooking the loch - staff couldn’t do more to help. Will certainly be coming back with more family!

We had an excellent stay at the Kenmore Club. The area was very peaceful and we enjoyed the hotel facilities which included swimming, tennis and mini golf. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we used the SMS service for quick messaging to the desk. The accommodation was a little dated and some of the fixtures were needing a refresh but that didnt detract from our stay. We were glad we got a chance to eat at the Waterfront restaurant. The service was excellent and our food was really good. We will return here again and hopefully get one of the modern cottages next time.
Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Well maintained property with everything we needed. Staff excellent. Definitely return as we do every year.

This is a peaceful visit to the heart of Perthshire, set in the most beautiful Scottish Landscape. There are 5* restaurants in the areas and galleries in Aberfeldy & Dunkeld selling art by local & Scottosh artists.
The accommodation itself is perfect. All mod cons, very comfortable with stunning views over the river and tree covered mountains. I would definitely recommend Kenmore as a restful, sightseeing holiday.
Cot unfit for purpose + black mould.
Cot: we asked twice if they had a suitable cot for our 20 month old. They said they did, however upon arrival it was clear it did not have a sheet to go with it.
We had to ask for one and they gave us a fully unfitted adult bed sheet to wrap around the cot base-plate - clearly not a safe solution. My wife did not sleep well that night, checking the monitor multiple times.
They promised they would provide one the next night - they did not - just another sheet the same size, plus a random blanket.
Black mould: The property also had significant levels of black mould in the bathrooms, as well as being generally unclean.
Extremely disappointed. Not worth it.
