There were not enough linens for the bathroom, none at all for the pull out sofa, the coffee maker still had the used pod from the previous guest, and they only allowed one pillow for the pull out bed.

We checked in at 9pm and still had to wait for our room to be ready. If the main 2 parking lots are full good luck finding other parking and the staff aren't helpful in finding more space either. The main owner is nice but overall our stay could've been better.

The people working the front were rude and seemed like they could care less about anything. The room wasn’t clean. We had to ask for bedding for the second bed. We tried to call and they wouldn’t answer to front phone so we had to go down to get bedding.

Very simple. Hotel was booked. I reserved 2-3 weeks ago. The card I used was declined for purchase upon arrival b/c of my over protective bank. The desk stated they attempted to reach me but I never saw it. Got the room anyway. Stressful, but handled and taken care of. Great job.

Won’t be back there

Booked this hotel because of the Hot Tub. Front ever told me it was broken. Had bugs in it and dirt at the bottom Actually when i checked in. I said can’t wait for the hot tub they told me it is that way and pointed Then I told them hot coffee in the lobby they said yes. Got cold coffee. They told me oh just put it in the microwave. Toilet run all nite, the drapes are awful lets in way to much lite can’t sleep. The water pressure is bad. Tub did not drain The bed was rock hard and smelled as did the hair and lotion products
