Laundry wasn't working. When we got to our room, the tv volume wasn’t working. The front desk clerk came and looked and had no fix and couldn’t move us to another room because they were full. I asked about a refund and was told we already had used the room. We were there for a short time at that point. My wife said we would deal with it since it was 10p and we didn’t want to find another hotel. Skip this place at all costs.

I tried two different rooms with the same outcome. They reeked of smoke. I paid in advance so was stuck with room. The front desk was very polite of course I arrived at 4p.m. and room not ready yet. never ever again will I stay at a days inn anywhere. Cannot believe the amount of positives this dump received. ugh. the only plus the bed was decent!!

There were no towels in the office. We were provided 3 towels for 4 people. I asked for towels early in the day and was told they would have to get some and to come back to the front desk, they would leave them there. When I went later that night there were no towels and none could be found for me. I was provided bath mats and hand towels that were stained.

Great hospitality! Housekeeping Supervisor gets a 5+ star! A true treasure to the hotel! Front desk personnel were awesome, too. My unexpected extended stay was never meant with inconvenience. Matter-of-fact the staff went out of there way to be very helpful! Will be recommending the hotel to my family, friends and colleagues!

Over priced flop house

The place is run down, dirty worn out ragged carpet, the commode was not bolted to the floor and wobbly, shower head and shower handle were not attached solid in the wall with no water pressure and little hot water with a shower curtain that was too short causing water to flood the floor. This place is a dump.

Manager was extremely rude and uncaring that the 3 rooms I checked into and had keys for, 2 of these were actually given to someone else after I checked in. This wasn’t made clear until after the rest of my family arrives at 2:30am and found other people in the rooms we were given keys to. The rooms were not clean at all and once the room situation was somewhat straightened out, the beds in the Handicapped room were dirty. When clean sheets were requested, we were told they had no clean sheets available.

Absolute filth around and under the beds. There were what appeared to be vomit stains on floor and walls in the bathroom. There were no cups for coffee or water and the front desk told me to get them myself in the breakfast area. We were exhausted from packing for a move that i just cleaned the bathroom myself and dealt with it, but we will never stay there again and DO NOT recommend it to anyone.
