Just completed this one bedroom one bathroom (sleeps three) modern lean cottage is in a very desirable location. Situated a stones throw from South Holston Lake and Painter Creek marina this property is stunning. Both Bristol and Abingdon are about ten minutes away and the new Hard Rock Casino is about fifteen minutes. The Bristol speedway is approximately fifteen minutes as well. Relax on the large deck and enjoy the gas fire feature table. The bedroom is behind double glass panel barn doors and has a king bed with super comfy mattress. Hi end luxury linens await you. The bathroom is large and has a tiled walk in shower, sink with light up mirror and water closet. The living room boasts twelve foot ceiling and has a couch that fold out to a queen bed, a comfy chair, a gas fireplace and massive windows to view the outdoors and the massive deck. The living room is open to the full kitchen with a granite top island, full fridge, oven, microwave, Nepresso coffee maker, sink and dishwasher. This property is truly an oasis. It is easy to relax here as it is peaceful and quiet. Come try it out. We guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
