Pros - TV and availability of channels and streaming services. Good WiFi. Only 1 caring staff, Efya. Bathroom clean. Location is advantageous and accessible. Good water pressure. I did not use cooking facilities but they seem to be in good condition and quality Cons - Had to self check-in and met no one from team. Security had to support with bags. Property itself was average. Headboard and bed frame was dirty. Stained furniture. AC blew warm air, never got cold even though it was on 18. Very unresponsive manager. I personally didn’t have cleaning. Had to pay for a small taxi which serves as their ‘shuttle’ - even though it states it is free on listing. Driver tried to overcharge me than quoted price. Driver was late and I ended up waiting for him at the airport, despite providing several updates throughout my journey and on landing. I needed to cut my booking short by a day and manager refused to compromise and actually ended communications with me. On the 2nd day, there was lots of ‘non-guests/residents’ walking in and out of building. Did not seem secure anymore. Overall, would not stay here again with these providers. Perhaps another company.
