Great location but the house needs work.
The property was in beautiful shape and in a lovely location however there are several issues. Upon arriving at the property one of the front hand rails on the stairs is falling off. The water from the fridge smelled musty at best and was undrinkable. The guest room next to the main bathroom had no functioning outlets. The hot tub was nonfunctional and not circulating water (even though we were told it was). The worst part is that the water heater was not turned on and no one was able to come turn it on until after a full day of having stayed at the property. Even after it was turned on the only running hot water was to the kitchen sink which meant 6 adults and my 10 month old child all had to take cold showers. Not even the bathroom sinks had hot water running to them. The property contact was slow to respond to our concerns and did not seem interested in helping in a timely manner. There’s a lot of beauty around the house but the property management was bad and the lack of hot water for 3 days was a huge problem that did not seem to concern the renters.
