Ein fantastisches, modernes, offenes Konzept erstreckt sich über die Hauptetage des Hauses, gestaltet wie ein Loft, in dem das gesellige Beisammensein oder das Zusammensein mit der Familie im Mittelpunkt steht: Wohnen, Kochen und Essen gehen offen ineinander über. Auf der gleichen Etage befinden sich drei Zimmer des Hauses, alle mit eigenem Bad und direktem Zugang zur Terrasse und zum Pool. Darüber hinaus finden wir einen herrlichen unabhängigen Arbeitsbereich und eine Toilette. Die gesamte Etage ist zum Meer und zur Küste ausgerichtet. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer, Ankleidezimmer und Terrasse. Im Gegenzug befindet sich das fünfte Zimmer des Hauses, ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Die voll ausgestattete Markenküche ist ein Traum für jeden Koch: Alle Geräte stammen von den besten deutschen Herstellern. Von der Kaffeemaschine über die Spülmaschine, den Backofen mit Dampffunktion bis hin zum 6-Platten-Induktionskochfeld finden Sie alles, was Sie sich wünschen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, von Geschirr bis hin zu Weingläsern, Toaster, Saftpresse und Mixer. Die nach Südwesten ausgerichtete Hauptterrasse misst 300 m² und ist durch eine wunderbare automatische Glasschiebetür, die einen einzigen Raum schaffen kann, direkt mit dem Hauptwohnzimmer verbunden. Der Essbereich im Freien verfügt über einen Tisch für bis zu 12 Personen für tolle Grillabende. Dieser Essbereich ist mit einer flexiblen Pergola überdacht, die bei Bedarf Schatten oder Sonne spendet und außerdem über einen Ruhebereich, eine Toilette und Lautsprecher auf der gesamten Terrasse verfügt. Die bequemen Sonnenliegen rund um den Pool laden zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Vorhänge. Der Keller des Hauses verfügt über eine Garage für 6 Fahrzeuge sowie einen Raum ausschließlich für die Wäscherei. An dieser beeindruckenden Neubauvilla, die im Jahr 2024 fertiggestellt wurde, sind noch Verbesserungen im Gange, beispielsweise die Installation einer Sauna, eines Kinoraums oder eines zusätzlichen Schlafzimmers.
