I found it a bit hard to understand when the concierge was trying to explain where the car park actually was. Instead of just saying it’s just next door I was under the impression he was saying it was on North Terrace. So of course we went to the car park on North Terrace. If you perhaps make up a paper copy of the instructions & car park location it may cause this happening again, I have stayed previously but did not use the car park. The pillows on my last stay were great this time however they were not. The swimming pool glass could be cleaned also they were very dirty. Not happy with the location of the room just looking onto an office building luckily it was a weekend.

I booked two rooms online and, during check-in, requested the receptionist to arrange the rooms next to each other. I was informed that all rooms were fully booked, so we were checked into rooms far from each other. However, after check-in, another receptionist advised that the hotel was not fully booked. Additionally, the customer service provided by the receptionist at the time was unsatisfactory.

The room was clean but I found it to be tiny. Lovely roof top pool although the glass around it could use some cleaning. Luna bar is top tier. Overall a great place to stay.
