We enjoyed our stay however, 2 small negatives. There needs to be better communication regarding after 5 arrival. Even tho reception is open until 8pm, the doors are locked so you cannot enter unless another patron comes out. Should have a speaker that you can request the door to be opened. Also, housekeeping need to make sure there is a t towel and dishcloth in the kitchen. Overall, great stay and friendly reception staff!

We have stayed here before and we were happy to stay again as it is great value for money in a fantastic location. Dining options are endless and the beach just across the road. When we needed supplies the supermarket is only a short walk away.

While there is parking available at the property we were not given that option. Instead we had to park in a distant empty block with no security. Added to this was a parking charge of $25 a day. We were not made aware of this when booking. Subsequently we would not stay there again.

This property was fantastic! Great clean modern rooms in good location but very close to shopping, restaurants and all within walking distance including the beach. Trams close by too so all at your closest reach. Loved these rooms cant wait to stay again.

Wonderful staff so helpful and professional and kind . Clean modern rooms with quality cookware and well thought out small spaces . Safe snd secure comfortable bed and smoke storage . Best washer dryer combo ever and Nespresso machine was great but even greater was the thoughtfulness to leave guests some additional towels and tea coffee supplies at reception during overnight hours when staff are not on duty . From the cleanliness to the quality , the kindness and the consistent consideration ….this is a wonderful stay for those guests staying here across all types of itinerary and socioeconomic diversity
