Friendly reception staff and very clean room/s. Location excellent - close to the Central Market, China Town and restaurants. 10 minute walk to Rundle Mall. Downsides: room had an odd smell that hit you as soon as you entered. We aired the apartment out for 1/2 hour each time we returned and it helped. Bedrooms v warm and stuffy at night. Main bedroom window opens into the internal hotel corridor and atrium so not practical to leave open at night (too noisy with early check outs and later night arrivals). Beds comfortable and good quality linens and pillows.

Unit was clean and spacious and comfortable. Only issue was no fan or air conditioner in the bed room. Washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus for me. Walking distances to the chinatown, casino and Randall Mall, between 12 to 15 minutes. Limited parking lots.

Very convenient for a family of 4 with young children. The signage and information for carpark is limiting. The access to the carpark is tight and can be challenging (especially if driving a big vehicle). This is kinda expected for an accommodation in the city centre. Only one lift, but easy access to stairs. Sizeable room with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The emergency information is on the wall (rather than on the back of the door) which can be easily missed. Also no emergency information near the lift. I am not sure if customers are expected to wash and put away the dishes nowadays. Marks are noted on cups and glasses which we had to wash again prior to use. Overall, well equipped accommodation in a great central location to all amenities. Bottom line: Will I return in the future? Yes, very likely.

The room was comfortable and the location excellent - and a short walk in any direction to many of the sights and gardens in Adelaide. Our room was across from the lift and noisy guests were easy to hear, but aside from this and the high profile pillows we have no complaints. We'd stay here again and felt it was good value for money.
