The room I booked was for three adults, but upon entering, I found only a King size bed prepared, with an extra bed added later. I had to notify the front desk immediately to request a rollerway bed, which ended up causing me to wait about 20 minutes in total. Regarding parking, the staff member was unclear. Front desk staff only told me where to park, but it turned out there was a designated reserved parking area and a general parking area. My husband had no choice but to drive out and return to the hotel to ask the staff again.

There are many positives: a very spacious room, great location, friendly staff and an excellent restaurant. No negatives. The stand-out was the restaurant. The food was quite exceptional (far better than we expected). At breakfast there was lots to choose from, but you could also ask for eggs any which way you like them. Dinner was also delicious. The wait staff were engaging and we enjoyed ourselves.
