Very convenient to city attractions.very comfortable bed but couch so worn out and uncomfortable we had to sit on pillows.tv was hanging off its fitting. NOISE from in house renovations was unbearable between 6am snd 8am every week day.should have been told about it when we booked for a 2 week stay

These are apartments consequently there is no daily housekeeping. (This is normal for apartments). However they do not leave you enough of several things, ie we like to wash our dishes each time we use them, but there is only enough detergent for one wash. We bring our own tea, coffee, sugar and milk whenever we stay in a hotel, there was only enough supplied in the apartment for one day. But overall, we were very happy with both the hotel itself and we considered the tariff excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Very convenient location for exhibition centre. Undergoing renovations presently so a little disrupted. Apartment was clean and tidy, bathroom a little old and needed a few repairs and a refurbishment.

The property is very dated and needs a good refurbishment. It was very noisy; someone was using a hammer drill at 7:30 PM on Saturday night, which is not ideal. It's a cheap hotel, so I suppose you get what you pay for. :(

Staff were excellent. Room was modern and had everything I needed. Brilliant location for shoppping and dining options. Also close to a tram stop, which is handy. Parking is reasonably priced, although off-site. Really enjoyed my stay and will be back again.

The property has potential - however, they are presently doing renovations on their lifts which caused a few minor inconveniences. The entrance to the hotel was lined with all the dirty linen bags each day. There’s no onsite parking which was a bit of a headache as the car park used was extremely crowded and narrow making it challenging to navigate. There was also a lot of construction happening around the hotel ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT. My family barely slept and have honestly rested better camping. The hotel had a foul odour constantly and the linen smelt mouldy.

Nice stay

Nice location! Friendly staffs. Hotel reception under renovation but not noisy at all. Very comfortable stay. Only let them clean the room for one day but seems the housekeeping only changed the towel and empty the bins. Hairs still at bathroom and not tidy up the bedroom at all( although I ask them no need to change the bedsheets)
