This has 5 large bedrooms 2 bathrooms only 15 min to CBD. Sitting on the northern side close to the Adelaide Oval, Zoo, Entertainment center, Casino and the fringe. It's also just a quick 40 min trip trip to the Barossa Adelaide's premium wine district. The house is a timber framed home with a rendered extension. The living area is perfect for large groups. It's has a cosy gas fireplace and an outside fire pit for winter and 2 ducted air-conditioning units inside, along with 2 split systems in 2 of the bedrooms for the summer heat.
The kitchen is lovely and fully equipped. The wonderful thing about this home is the size of it. It's also surrounded by high fences to keep your pets safely locked up inside the yard.
It will fit 3 cars inside the property but there is plenty of parking on the street.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Adelaide Zoo. You'll find features such as 1 hot tub and laundry facilities. The holiday home offers a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
