Reliable/fast WiFi (broadband). 9 mi from Northway. 4-mi bike ride to athletic fields & country store. No pets. Alas, exposed balcony makes house unsuitable for toddlers. 3 BR's have curtains not doors. Must rent in 7-day blocks.
