VILLA 7SEAS is an extremely high standard two-storey residence, of unique aesthetics, fully in harmony with the environment, completed in 2023 and is an ideal choice for families and small groups of friends or couples up to eight people. Clean lines, natural colors, wood and stone dominate everywhere and create feelings of relaxation and tranquility.
On the ground floor, the visitor will find two bedrooms, with two double beds, measuring 1.80 X 2, a 43-inch Smart TV and a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there is still the living room with comfortable sofas and a 65 inch smart TV with Netflix and Disney+, as well as the ultra-modern kitchen, equipped with all the latest electrical appliances, a large work bench can comfortably accommodate the meals of our guests. All areas of the house have direct access to the pool area and a unique view of the Libyan sea.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.80X2, a 43-inch smart T.V. and a bathroom with a shower and you'll also find a 2-person jacuzzi. A large terrace equipped with deckchairs, lounge and outdoor dining area, invites you to relax and enjoy your drink or food, in the company of one of the most impressive sunsets of the island. In the basement of the house there is the last bedroom of the house, with two single beds 0.90 X 2 and a bathroom with a shower, as well as the laundry room. It has its own separate entrance.The house offers you privacy and security with a security door and an alarm.ExteriorThe connection of the interior spaces of the house with its exterior spaces is done with absolute balance and freedom. Dominating is the large swimming pool of 50 m² which can be heated (upon an extra charge), as well as a special section for our little friends. The pool is disinfection with natural chlorine from salt electrolysis system. Around the pool there are many furnished areas, sunbeds, sitting area with pergola as well as dining area. The barbecue is gas and there is also an outdoor shower. The view to the sea is unlimited while the wonderful aroma of the local herbs and flowers of the garden fills the atmosphere.
All areas of the house, inside and outside, have free wifi and there is parking for all cars.AREAVILLA 7SEAS is located 28 km south of Rethymnon and the nearest village is Lefkogeia, at a distance of 1.5 km, from where you can get everything you need during your vacation. The famous Schinaria beach is 600 m away, it is organized and has a diving center. In addition to Schinaria, you will also find the rest of the impressive beaches in the area such as Damnoni, Plakia, Preveli, Ammoudi and others.

Services included in the price: cleaning every third day, change of sheets and towels every three days, pool towels are provided, garden maintenance, pool cleaning and maintenance two to three times a week depending on the weather.
Upon your arrival, soft drinks, coffees and basic cooking materials, cot and high chair for babies, upon your request. Services upon request for an additional fee: doctor, massage, daily cleaning, car rental, transfer to and from the airporτ, photographer ,chef.

The Εnvironmental fee 15€ per night from March to October and €4 per night from November to February is mandated by the Greek government and applies to all visitors from January 1, 2024 who staying in accommodations in Greece. It contributes to environmental conservation efforts on the island, including waste management and sustainability initiatives.
