This hotel was pretty good. The only thing I really didn’t like about it is the rooms do not have air-conditioning. It’s not really that it’s hot but if you’re the kind of person that likes it cold in the room, this room is not for you. I didn’t really like the breakfast choices And there wasn’t a lot of things in walking distance.

This is a standard motel that you would find in the States off a highway. The pool looked unused and unkempt. The beds were hard and the pillows mushy. The TV only had basic TV.

Do not go here unless its a one night stand

The place has no A/C at all. You are tild that the towels are counted after you leave or you are charged. We had 1 dirty towel for 4 in the room. We had 2 rooms in total, both same condition. The breakfast area is very tiny and can only have about 7 people sit. You get fresh fruit and juice. Not much to choose from. The remotes did not work for the tv. And the check in took 35 minutes since the printer did not work at the front desk. Bathroom and room were not clean, but are spacious.

No air conditioning as claimed and the ceiling fan was not sufficient to keep me cool. Terribly hot in the room. Cleaning staff walked in on me and didnt knock at all. Just barged in. Caught me sleeping in my underwear. Might be worth the price for a more expensive hotel with air conditioning.

The Staff were great and friendly, however the rooms were small no A/C just a fan on the roof no ventilation at all. It was pretty expensive for a hotel that doesn’t have any amenities or A/C wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had the business suite. The view was good. The bathroom was big And nice. Everything about the room was great but the bed was HORRIBLE. IT LITTERALLY FELT LIKE I WAS ON CARDBOARD. The breakfast they provide is cereal, toast, cookies, coffee and juice.

not worth it.

just horrible. checked in at night and the person in charge was in the bar drinking... blanket had "white stains" from previous guest got a room change. breakfast consisted of just fruit and bread. juice. coffee. milk. and to top it off the receptionist came over grabbed the food withher hands. amd not picked up the cookies that had fallen back on the plate. told her and got mad.

The hotel was ok, room clean but the faucet sink was not good, when you open it you got wet a lot. Also they need to have someone at night so they can help us to carry the luggage to the rooms, per receptionist they only work during the day.

cheap place not worth a dime

the place was anything but comfortable customer service was infimous, there was no hot water at anytime, the receptionist named roxana was rude and had no clue about guest service, i was there to visit family for four days and everytime somebody visit me at the room she had to tell them that they couln't stayed more than 15 minutes otherwise they would had to pay, that is the most ambarrasing place i ever stayed at, will never come back and i will make sure to tell everyone i know about my experience there, the hotel stinks cigarrete smell even know theres a sign of no smoking, their "incluided breakfast" consist in coffee and cookies, i couln't enjoy the company of my girlfriend because i choose the worst place to stay in aguascalientes and sorry to ever book there.

Very disappointing stay.

Very disappointing for a four star hotel. No air conditioning, supposedly they offer a free breakfast but the only breakfast available (if you're lucky) is a cup of coffee, and they take about an hour to replace any of the food. I would not recommend this to anyone I know. This seemed more like a two star hotel.
