I honestly don’t understand how anyone rated it less than 5! We had such a wonderful experience—from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Shoutout to Mylann, who greeted us at reception, checked us in, gave us excellent recommendations, and even walked us to our room! Our room, while simple in decor, had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was clean and well-furnished. Housekeeping was done daily to an excellent standard, and the linen was changed every day—which we didn’t expect but truly appreciated. The facilities were fantastic! We loved the indoor heated pool, hammam, and sauna. Although children are only allowed between 9 and 11 a.m., when I couldn’t get through on the phone to book a spot, the staff were kind enough to let my son stay until 11:30. My husband and I really enjoyed the gym, basketball courts, and tennis courts as well. Breakfast was excellent and constantly replenished. So, either other people’s reviews were harsh, or Le [hotel name] has really taken feedback on board—because we had nothing short of an exceptional experience and would happily return again and again!

Great hotel, restaurant not worth it.

Lovely facility, spacious room with patio. Nice size bathroom but slippery shower floor. Comfortable bed and great breakfast! Piscine restaurant tried but failed - bar was creative, drinks good.

Des points à améliorer

Hôtel récent au bord du golf d’Aix-en-Provence. Chambre spécieuse mais mal faite dans le sens où la deuxième chambre ne comportait pas de fenêtre, mais simplement un hublot en hauteur qui donnait sur le couloir, la poussière des meubles approximatives. Pas de coin bureau pour pouvoir travailler. J’ai demandé s’il y avait un Room Home Service, on m’a indiqué qu’il fallait ajouter 15 € de plus sur le montant total de mon repas si je veux être servi dans la chambre .exorbitant! Un frigo top Case, sans boissons à l’intérieur Un personnel néanmoins très sympathique, le restaurant au bord de la piscine dispose d’un cadre agréable. Les places sont correctes. Très étonnée de devoir réserver pour accéder au spa, étant en voyage d’affaires, je pensais pouvoir y accéder de manière facile comme beaucoup d’autres hôtels de cette gamme. Une mare présente au prix du bâtiment des chambres qui a donné lieu à un festival de moustiques et de crapaud qui ont chanté au moins jusqu’à 2h du matin. La ligne la salle de sport est très très bien équipée, lumineuse et agréable. Les équipements sont récents. Le petit déjeuner, compris dans le prix de la chambre était très bien. Une belle diversité.

Le changement de bâtiment est très ennuyeux, il faut aller au SPA habillé se déshabiller arrivé au spa pour se réhabiller une fois finit...pareil pour la piscine extérieur qui est plus loin dans le complexe...le SPA ne dispose pas de cabines de change, donc obligé de se déshabiller devant les autres (sympa si quelqu'un ouvre la pièce avec les gens qui passent dans le couloir), les femmes du SPA n'étaient pas vraiment souriante ni agreable, dans la salle de bain pas de sèche-cheveux, rien pour accrocher les serviettes une fois la douche terminée...une prise était sortie de son logement à côté du lit, et la réception n'est pas vraiment bien indiquée, il a fallu demander pour savoir ou aller....que ce soit l'accès à la piscine qui n'est pas du tout contrôlée, donc accessible à tous, pas très rassurant pour ses affaires, l'accès au petit déjeuner qui n'est pas contrôlée non plus, nous n'aurions pas payé je pense que ça serait passé incognito....le bar de la piscine à éviter, j'ai attendu plus de 15 mins pour pouvoir commander, les serveurs/barmen/barwomen on se demande si ils travaillent ici ou si ils sont là pour décorer, non chalent, pas de sourire, passe devant nous sans même se soucier de ce qu'on veux, et j'étais au bar, je pense qu'ils ne doivent pas faire un bon chiffre d'affaires au niveau boissons...quelques transat qui se battent en duel, des serviettes à disposition, on les a jamais trouvées, le robot nettoyeur dans la piscine en pleine journée avec des enfants à côt

Fomos hospedados num quarto anexo, pequeno, sem apoio para as malas, ar condicionado não funcionava e passamos bastante calor. No primeiro dia só tinha uma toalha de banho. Reclamei e enviaram outra toalha no dia seguinte, após o serviço de quarto, porem voltaram a deixar apenas uma tolha de banho. Café da manhã com poucas opções de frutas, mas aceitável. Pelas indicações fomos com alta expectativa e saímos decepcionados.

The “suite” was large and clean. Two bedrooms (only 1 had a closet), 1 separate shower room and a separate toilet room; it would have been great if there was a refrigerator though. Large exterior deck.
