You are also 10 minutes by car from Ajaccio city center. The 30m2 studio consists of a kitchen (ceramic hob and fridge) open to the living room and its terrace overlooking the sea.Everything is ready for your comfort with contemporary furniture and a real double bed from where you have the splendid view of the Mediterranean !! and not overlooked.
The bathroom (towels, soap and hairdryer available) is independent with a washing machine and toilets.
On the panoramic terrace, you will spend unforgettable hours with a magical view of the Gulf of Ajaccio.
By car, you are 5 minutes from sandy beaches with turquoise water. NEW FOR 2022: second secure car park.

Hôte et emplacement parfait

Nathalie et Corrine sont simplement parfaite! Très facile de communiquer avec elles. L’appartement a tout ce dont nous avons besoin. La vue sur la mer du 7 ieme étage est à couper le souffle. Tous les commerces sont à proximité et le stationnement privé est inclus donc pas de soucis pour se garer

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malheureusement un peu court 😆 À notre arrivée, nous avons été bien accueillis par Nathalie Difficile de trouver des places dans le parking privé mais on peut se garer facilement un peu plus bas. Appartement très bien situé avec une magnifique vue sur la mer.

Manque de place de stationnement dans le parking de la résidence. Il est très difficile de trouver un emplacement pour se garer dans le quartier après 23h00 sans être obligé d'escalader les trottoirs

Nathalie est un hôte très agréable !

Appartement propre et lumineux, très bien placé. Même si nous n'avons pas été accueilli par Nathalie, elle nous a quand même contactés avant, pendant et après l'installation, ce que nous avons beaucoup appréciés ! Nathalie est très disponible et arrangeante. Petit bémol, l'appartement est un peu petit pour 4 personnes. Hormis cela nous avons passés un très bon séjour chez vous !

Nathalie est très sympathique et nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Elle nous a bien conseillé sur les visites , les restaurants...Tres disponible, c'est appréciable. L'appartement au 7eme étage d'un immeuble en hauteur offre une vue magnifique. Proche des îles sanguinaires et du centre ville, facile d'accès. La clim bien utile par forte chaleur. Un très beau séjour sur Ajaccio.

Studio bien équipé avec balcon offrant une vue magnifique. Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillante. Une petite amélioration à prévoir : changer les oreillers vraiment trop peu épais.

l'appartement situé dans un ensemble de résidence a une vue impressionnante sur toute la baie d'Ajaccio, nous avons pris tous nos repas sur le balcon, face a la mer dans un silence impressionnant et agréable par rapport aux nombreux bâtiments alentours. Nathalie, la propriétaire d'une gentillesse incroyable nous donne l'impression d'être de sa famille, elle nous a donné une liste sans fin de tout ce que l'on pouvait faire comme promenade, resto magasins etc... et était disponible en permanence si besoin. la résidence est située a environ 2 kms d'Ajaccio et quelques kilometres des iles sanguinaires, 500 mêtre de la maison et du cimetière de Tino Rossi. Une voiture est conseillée, mais un transport public passe a l'entrée de la résidence pour Ajaccio. Séjour formidable que je recommande et que je referai sans hésiter.
