The room was not clean and there was a pair of someone’s dirty underwear on the floor in our room when we got there.

The room was not clean and was run down. The bathtub was dirty, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were dirty. Our first room had an ac leak and they did kindly and promptly give us a new room, but it wasn't the cleanest place. We all had to wear slides in the shower.

I liked it so much i stayed there for a week lol the staff was very nice and my personal favorite aspect was they minded your privacy. Definitely recommend.

I got a room with Jets in it. The Jets were extremely filthy so I didn’t take a bath. The bathtub was dirty.

Bad hotel and poor service

Cigarettes smell in room (non smoking room) was bad and was told by front desk lady sorry but nothing we can do, previous guests smoked and didn’t get their deposit back. Was too late to leave since we drove 10 1/2 hours. Sheets were damp because of moisture in room. Shower and lamp shades were in poor condition. Hair dryer will shut off after 30 seconds. Smell of weed in halls were awful! Very very poor experience!

I've frequented this hotel several times when I travel to Ohio and have always enjoyed my stay. The front desk attendant was also kind enough to give me a bagel and coffee after breakfast had ended. Would definitely recommend staying and the prices were very reasonable! Thanks again and see you all nexr year! 💛

Dirty! Old soap in the shower. Means it wasn't wiped down. Shower curtain had black spots, floor turned towel and socks black. Water in the ice bucket from previous guests

The only thing I can say was ok was the cleanliness of the bed. The check in process was slow-an employee sitting at the dining area put up their finger to insinuate waiting. A few minutes later someone came to check us in. They gave us our room key and motioned to where our room was. It was a maze to get to our room. Once we finally found our room, I immediately noticed two filled trash bins that hadn’t been taken out, there was a quarter roll of toilet paper with no spare rolls, the bath tub looked like it had paint spilled everywhere in it, paint splatters on the floor and the toilet was leaking. We were very disappointed.
