The absolute worst experience staying at a hotel. The state was supposed to be $98 somehow ended up being triple charged double charged for security deposit ended up being like $500 for one night. Breakfast was terrible cracks in the floors elevators from 1992 do not stay here front desk lady is extremely rude. Did all this and then acted like it wasn’t her fault.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was both understanding and efficient. Someone took the time and iniative to clear all the guests' cars of accumulated snow after a heavy snowfall. Breakfast was a varied menu over our stay, and well maintained by attentive staff members.

One of the staff messed up on the payment for my reservation and took payment out three times and I had to wait 21/2 hours before finally getting a key my room. Then kept telling me they only seen one payment but I could see all three and so could the bank. I’m home and still don’t have my money back
