We were satisfied with everything about our stay except for the fact that it was quite noisy at night. From doors slamming to loud voices in the hallway to footsteps overhead, we had a difficult time sleeping.

Gym was well-equipped, and breakfast was presented well and offered healthy options. We did notice that the bathtub lacked safety bars and non-slip strips n the base of the tub, but everything was clean and well-arranged.

The rooms and the hotel are great. Beds very comfortable and very clean. The rooms were quiet even though the highway was close by. The free breakfast was very good, but the coffee wasn't good at all. The hotel staff were very friendly. The pool area was nice and the training room was nice. Prices were very reasonable. My only complaint would be the coffee and when the staff brought in clean towels, they did not take the used ones away. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel.

The hotel was very close to the concert venue we were going to. The hotel was one of the cleanest that I've ever seen. It smelled clean. The staff was wonderful. He was very polite and patient. Our room was very clean and the temperature was comfortable already when we walked in. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Overall a nice stay. Friendly staff, clean common areas, clean room. However……when we first got to our room there was an overwhelming floral smell from the room being turned. Like a bottle of frebreeze was spilled on the entirety of the carpeted area. It hit ya Ike a ton of bricks. Room was great after it aired out for a few hours while we were at a concert down the road at Blossom.

Noisy room

We are light sleepers and requested a room away from the elevator and ice machine… the room did meet this description HOWEVER on the 4th floor there was some kind of loud mechanical noise that kicked on every couple of minutes for varying lengths of time. No idea what it was ( no, not our a/c unit or anyone else’s). This noise continued all night until the early morning, was quiet for maybe an hour then started up again. We found this noise very disturbing. I would ask the manager to spend an evening in room 418 to better understand the situation
