The room was nice but the walls were so thin that I could hear the conversations in the next room. Not to mention all of the freeway noise you could hear with the window and blinds closed. Also the refrigerator was so loud that it would sometimes wake me up. All of this caused a lot of problems getting a good night's sleep and I would not stay there again. My recommendation would be to get some sound proof insulation or something because not only would it help with noise reduction but also with privacy as well

The hotel staff were very nice. The accommodations were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast but were surprised that it was a $12.00/person extra charge. The shuttle service was great!!

Staff was so nice. The lady that checked us in was so nice and I wish I would’ve gotten her name. Rooms were clean. And I liked how they excepted dogs because a lot of hotels would not in the area.

Close to the Akron airport, food service / bar till around 11, had a good pick of snacks in the front for purchase as well. The staff was very friendly. The entire check-in check out process was easy and smooth. I would stay here again.

My next room when I visit may not be there.

Was okay not as well as before when we stayed. Staff friendly was not the same Kevin, George, Dave really great guys. Brent made us feel uneasy not friendly no smile looked at us but not nicely . The cook was not friendly either but the waitress was very nice. Our room cleaning was not bad but the shampoo had run out not refilled. We stayed for 6 days and wanted to stay an extra day but there was no giving a good price to do so. I had went through Hotels.com when we booked our room initially and did not get a military discount so I inquired what I could get the extra night for and she said 170.00 I said I will not pay that and left. I feel after someone paid for 6 nights already you should have gave a decent price. I will remember that the next time I need a room it may not be there.
