I have been so many hotels and even Hyatt place many times but I never gotten charged for early check in. Expedia, you should mention that there is early check in charge in this particular hotel. If there’s any room available why charge your customers for inconvenience.

The hotel is very nice, well located and very comfortable. i loved the beds, pillows and sheets. we only had a minor issue with the breakfast which was prepaid and included and because we arrived 5 minutes past the limit the lady in charge didnt want to let us have anything even when everything was still served. This was very unpleasant and even though the manager told us to still go and eat, we didnt want and ended up having breakfast in the restaurant across the hotel.

Hidden charges

Everything was great about this stay until I got back home and check the pending charges that went through from the bar. I went three times, and each time received a hidden fee of $3.50-5.00. I assume this is the two front desk ladies that were working the night of June 18th-June 19th. Tried to call on and management won't be in for another 2 days. $25.22 Margarita and a Cosmo premix $25.84 Mai Tai & a double shot of Crown $14.01 double shot of crown. Each time I made a purchase I was told my total was $21, $22 something & 11 dollars respectively. Either your employee is completely clueless, or they are robbing your guests.
