Pool repairs seem to be a years long process. Room wasn’t filthy but wasn’t clean. Area near headboard s, tub etc hadn’t seen a vacuum or cleaner. Whole place smelled of cigarettes, vape, weed and mildew.

The property is old and in dire need of updating. The room was "neat" but smelled musty and didn't feel clean. The bed was one of the worst I have experienced. Felt like a slab. Breakfast was monotonous and blah. Unlikely to stay here again.

Very quiet and my room was neat and tidy. Very hard to find a place thats strictly no smoking and I didnt smell any so I slept very well, the breakfast was good to. I will definitely be back because I need a place like this every week or two to get a break from life until I find my own place.

I wish I could leave the property a zero star review. The pool was “undergoing maintenance” and closed. Looking at other reviews it appears this has been the case for about a year. Let’s call it what it is - closed because not well kept. The outside of the building looks abandoned. Parking lot is one giant pothole. Interior is dirty. Rooms are dated and dirty. We booked the room out of necessity because we were in town for a soccer tournament and all other hotels were full. This was supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel and we ordered a nonsmoking room. Entire lobby and our room smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. When we came home we had the stale cigarette smell climbing to us. Front desk was unable to help with anything. The individual at the front (I do not recall her name) indicated she was new and I’d have to talk to the manager who was never on site or available. Poor experience, poor customer service and worst of all - still full price. I would encourage everyone to stay elsewhere - unless you’re looking for a dirty hotel where you can smoke cigarettes and weed in your room with zero consequence- then this may be the perfect hotel for you.

The location is convenient. The outside of the property could use some good landscaping. The room seemed clean but as someone who is attentive to detail, the detail cleaning wasn’t there. There was a “clean” smell to the room when you walked in, which, for me, I would rather there be no smell bc even though it was a clean smell, it was a bit much. The room was a bit humid and when there’s more than one of you in the bed, you’ll both roll right to the middle.

AC was not cold - very old window unit. However, they resolved. Very weird pulling into parking lot from street. A run down, abandoned building and overgrown parking lot must be crossed over then the old looking hotel building with no sign. Mattresses are strewn about the property. Exterior doors randomly propped open. Smoker smoking at back door half in hotel, half out, causing cigarette smoke smell in hallway. Pool drained and closed. Lots of luggage in pool room.

This place has seen much better days. Parking lot potholed and trashy. Don't let the lobby fool you. This place is a dump! Room #1 door unlocked and bed unmade. Room #2 offered disgusting shower and filthy mirror. Settled for room #3 hole in the wall, filthy stained carpet, bathroom floor beyond dirty, shower ceiling covered in who knows what but it was the best of the three This place needs everything replaced. Just over all grubby, dirty and a terrible experience. Positives...I never saw a bug and the sink/vanity area had been updated and was clean. The beds were ok as well.

My husband and I stayed in a Jacuzzi suite, and the hot water was sufficient and the tub was fine. It was clear they were in the process of updating, so we were trying to be understanding. Unfortunately, the shower floor could have used a good bleaching and there was mold that could have been cleaned off the wall in the bathroom. The refrigerator was only cool and never reached cold in the 4 days we were there. Fortunately, we brought ice packs (which never actually froze) that helped to insulate our food. The TV guide/channels were inaccurate, though, that was minor for us. The bed was firm and probably older, although, it was still okay to sleep on for someone with back issues. The pillows were not so nice. It seems like the hotel might be understaffed as well. Most of the staff was pleasant. My husband was not happy that the only protein for breakfast was eggs. Was it worth $150 per night? Maybe only for the reason that it was clear they did clean and we used the Jacuzzi multiple times. Would we return? Undecided.

Not worth the money

The facility is really run down - elevator wasn't working, pool was closed, rugs were pretty bad. Its non-smoking but the bathroom smelled like someone had smoked before. Someone was trying to get into my room around midnight - the woman was told she was in the same room as mine but did not have the right key. It was cheap and you are more or less getting what you pay for.

Pretty shabby on the outside but they take good care of the inside. Good breakfast bar. Diane, the manager, was running ragged, bless her for having to be there 14 hours a day. Very receptive to our requests, friendly. Pool was out of service but we weren't there to swim. Worth the price as a place to stay.
